The workers there are very respectful. The girl chi that works there has always been really nice to me and has always made sure we got the right food. She has a very great attitude with her customers when I’m there. This places has became way better in the last 3 months then it ever has

I don't normally give reviews on anywhere, but this has got to be one of the best food places I have ever been to. The pizzas are amazing, the wings are better the Bdubs, in my opinion. The customer service is by far better than any place I've been. The short lady that took my order was an absolute doll. I would highly recommend giving Rosati's your business.

I read some of these reviews and in all honesty unless you eat here and are actually from Chicago and know the food , then it’s to each their own. My experience was amazing , food is always good , and most of the time the customer service is amazing . Also , most of the negative reviews you see , if you actually look at their profiles , they typically have all negative reviews , there’s never any positive ones made. That’s what kills small business.

New update: First time patron in this establishment. Only had the Chicago style pizza. It is decent and tasty for a person like me who doesn't really take to lots of red sauce due to major heartburn issues. 11/27/23.. 2nd time going Asked for regular with extra cheese and half pepperoni. 1st, I asked for a regular, not thin crust. 2nd, I had to send out for a search party for the pepperoni. Barely any and couldn't identify which side had pepperoni. 3rd, the cashier attendant digged out a pepperoni with bare hands. So I gave him the slice to do as he pleased sense he put his d&!k beaters on my food. 4th, the price was not worth going out of my way for this spot.

My employer ordered us pizza for lunch for our weekly online meeting wherever we live. They selected this place which is literally less than 5 min away and it arrived barely hot. The thin crust tasted stale and the sauce was very salty. Pretty much looked/tasted like day old pizza reheated. Such a disappointment. Sadly it will be going in the trash since it’s inedible.

Horrible. Ordered a sausage and pepper sandwich. Tasted like a salt lick, gave it to my dogs. Oh, and peppers on the sandwich?, Three. Also ordered a “Chicago style” pizza. Don’t know what so’s special about that stuff, it’s an inverted pizza that’s sloppy. The crust tastes like something I’d bake a pie in, not a pizza. Overall, wouldn’t even think of going back.

How is this place still in business? The workers there are rude and don’t acknowledge you at all even though when you enter the door there’s a loud ring that goes off in the kitchen that you can’t see. My mozzarella sticks were basically just fried breadcrumbs with an empty filling like they sucked out the cheese before they gave me it. My meatballs in my spaghetti were rubber and tasted old and my spaghetti was basically the same. The marinara sauce was from the store and someone tasted like water. The best part about this restaurant was when I threw away my uneaten food.

Amazing food! Love the pepperoni surprising you under the cheese! Genius! Amazing service, such a gorgeous gal with glass a Lil on the shorter side. Definitely recommend to anyone looking for some good food and Amazing service!
